About Dr. Thiru
Dr Thiru, as he is fondly known by his patients, has a passion for dermatology and a wealth of knowledge and skills in various aspects of skin care. He has a Master’s degree in Dermatology from the renowned St. John’s Institute of Dermatology in London, one of the world’s leading centres for patients with skin disease. He is also a Fellow of the Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Glasgow, a prestigious institution that promotes excellence in medical education and practice.
Dr Thiru regularly attends national update meetings and courses organised by the British Association of Dermatologists, ensuring his clinical practice remains aligned with current evidence, guidelines, and best practice.

A History of Excellence Within the Industry
Dr Thiru has been working as a Locum Consultant Dermatologist in NHS Hospitals in Liverpool, North Wales and Manchester since 2012, providing both community and hospital dermatology services. He has experience in diagnosing and managing a wide range of skin conditions including acne, eczema, psoriasis, rosacea, skin infections, and skin cancer.
He also has a strong interest in genitourinary medicine and sexual health and holds a Diploma in Dermatology and a Diploma in Genitourinary Medicine.
Since 2015, Dr Thiru has run an aesthetic practice, offering non surgical cosmetic treatments with a focus on natural, balanced results. He holds a Diploma in Aesthetic Medicine from the American Academy of Aesthetic Medicine and is experienced in treatments such as anti wrinkle injections, dermal fillers, chemical peels, microneedling, and PRP therapy.
